Custom Beverage Dispensing Systems for Any Layout
Most systems are built for the average bar. Most bars are not average.
The commercial beverage equipment market is dominated by products designed for the most common use case: standard bar footprints, standard line lengths, standard multi-location QSR configurations. If your operation fits that profile, the catalog works.
If it does not — and many operations do not — you are left adapting your layout to the equipment, paying for a retrofit that should not be necessary, or accepting performance compromises in your pour quality.
ICI’s approach is different. The mission, unchanged since 1952: design and implement total beverage dispensing solutions for the application. No job too large or too small.
What ICI customizes
Line run length
Arctic Chill glycol systems are available up to 150 ft configurations and can support multiple towers. The 150 ft option is critical for stadium concessions, hotel bars, and large-footprint restaurants where the keg room is not adjacent to the bar.
Tower configuration
Pass-through and Tee tower configurations allow the system to fit the existing bar build, not the other way around. ICI can configure towers for new construction or retrofit installs without requiring structural changes to the bar itself.
System size and footprint
The VLM Self-Contained Flash Chiller is a compact, self-contained unit requiring no remote power pack — designed for high-volume special events and installations where mobility and ease of set-up are essential. Larger remote glycol power pack configurations are available for high-volume, multi-tap permanent operations.
Multi-category coverage
ICI manufactures four complementary product lines: Arctic Chill (glycol beer), Soda Fast (cold carbonation), Juice Blast (fresh juice dispensing), and Arctic Shot (liquor delivery). A venue requiring multiple beverage categories can spec all systems through a single US manufacturer — one set of technical files, one service relationship, one point of contact for the full beverage program.
Venue type
ICI has engineered solutions for:
- Independent bars and taprooms
- Full-service restaurants and groups
- Hotel and resort food and beverage programs
- Stadium and arena concession systems
- C-store and convenience retail beverage programs
- QSR and fast casual chains
- Coffee shops and cafes
CAD/BIM files are available for all ICI products — enabling specification by F&B consultants, architects, and commercial kitchen designers before equipment selection is finalized.
Custom versus off-the-shelf: what it costs to adapt
When equipment does not fit the layout, operators absorb the cost in one of three ways: physical retrofit of the bar or kitchen, performance compromise in the beverage program, or ongoing service issues from a system not operating within its designed parameters.
Getting the specification right before installation eliminates all three. ICI engineers work with operators and their teams — not just distributors — to ensure the solution fits the operation.
